In the evening of September 28, Palu City, CentralSulawesi of Indonesia was struck by a major natural disaster. An earthquake of 7.7 magnitude that led to a 3-meter high tsunami hit the city and its surrounding, destructing all buildings and washing everything that is in its way. According to the Department of Statistics and the Federal Emergency Management Agency in Indonesia (10/6), at least 1571 people are confirmed dead, 800 people are badly injured and 16 heavy-duty equipment have been deployed to search over the debris and remains.
